The NP #CapCoe participated on April 10 and 11 in Mesagne (BR) at the plenary meeting of the INFORM Italia National Network, which brings together communicators of the National and Regional Programmes of the 2021-2027 ERDF and ESF+ Programming.
The meeting, organized by the Department for the Cohesion Policies and the South – Cohesion Policies Nucleus (DPCoES – NUPC) – in collaboration with the Apulia Region, was held in the evocative setting of Mesagne Castle.
Over the course of the two days, participants were involved in an intensive program of work aimed at exchanging experiences, updating on communication strategies and ongoing activities, strengthening collaboration among communicators and defining innovative actions and tools to make cohesion policy communication increasingly effective.
Among the topics of the first day: news from the INFORM EU network, ongoing activities of the INFORM ITA network, and the new guidelines on communication 2021-2027.
A great deal of attention was given to the podcast, recognized as one of the most effective tools for engagingly showcasing projects co-financed by cohesion policy. On the second day, in fact, participants took part in a hands-on workshop on podcast ideation, writing, and production, guided by industry experts.
For the NP #CapCoe, the meeting also represented an important opportunity for direct dialogue with communication representatives from the Programmes of the Less Developed Regions. It was a chance to share activities already carried out, currently underway, and planned in relation to the Territorial Services Centre #CST – the Strategic Importance Operation of the PN – and to ensure increasingly coordinated and targeted actions.
In March, the first meetings were held between the CapCoe Managing Authority and the Managing Authorities of the Regional Programmes to present the CST, initiate an operational dialogue, and plan the first joint actions. The exchange with communicators from the Less Developed Regions during the #INFORMITA meeting provided further insights, strengthened coordination, and laid the foundation for shared and effective communication actions, serving as a concrete example of multilevel cooperation.
