The series of podcast episodes titled “CapCoe – Cohesion Starts with People”, promoted by the Department for Cohesion Policies and the South of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – within the framework of the National Programme Capacity for Cohesion – continues in collaboration with FPA Digital360.
The latest episode features voices and testimonies collected during the Programme’s participation in the 2025 edition of Forum PA, which this year focused on the theme of the Augmented Public Administration – a model based on the integration of people, advanced technologies, and collaborative relationships.
The three-day event provided a clear and comprehensive overview: CapCoe is not merely a collection of projects, but rather an integrated strategy that combines a variety of tools with a common objective – to support and enhance all public administrations, both local and central, involved in the implementation of cohesion policy. At the heart of this process are people and relationships – key elements in building effective and lasting synergies.
This new episode offers an update on several actions launched under the Programme – from the extraordinary recruitment plan to the role of the Territorial Services Centre, and the commitment of the Technical Secretariat for the Administrative Regeneration Plans (PRigA). It also provides reflections on the progress achieved so far and the future outlook for cohesion policy interventions in Italy aimed at strengthening administrative capacity.
