The last stop took place yesterday in Campobasso, concluding the series of meetings between the Managing Authority (AdG) of the National Programme “Capacità per la Coesione” (CapCoe) and the Managing Authorities of the ERDF and ESF Regional Programmes (+ Just Transition Fund where applicable) of the seven Less Developed Regions for the 2021–2027 programming period. The aim was to present the Centro Servizi Territoriale – CST, one of the Operations of Strategic Importance of the CapCoe National Programme.
Through the CST and the AppCoe platform, CapCoe delivers its administrative capacity-building actions to improve the use of EU resources by regional and local authorities that are beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries of the 2021–2027 Regional Programmes. It offers a range of support services to assist in all phases of the design and implementation of co-financed projects.
Promoted by the Department for Cohesion Policies and the South, with the support of Eutalia – the implementing body of the CST – the meetings aimed to present the initiative across the regions while also gathering the main capacity-building needs of the target authorities. This collaborative approach serves both to fine-tune the services offered by the CST and to contribute to the overall improvement of the implementation of the Regional Programmes.
Yesterday’s meeting followed those held in recent weeks in Naples, Bari, Potenza, Palermo, Catanzaro and Cagliari.
Information and communication initiatives at the local level are expected to launch soon, to directly reach the CST’s target recipients.
